The Zipper Bus Service is a free service, providing on average 500 journeys for passengers throughout Hereford every day. These journeys take people to Hereford Medical Group, the Railway Station, the hospital, the City Centre, the Shire Hall set of bus stops and beyond. The Government has given £208 million to Herefordshire County Council for transport costs. It would cost the Country Council a mere 0.18 per cent of their transport budget to keep the service running.
